Vineyard Notes
Hawks View Vineyard offers the ideal growing conditions for Pinot noir and Pinot Gris. The southeastern-facing slope and Laurelwood soils, combined with dry farming and hand harvesting, allow for wines of great character and distinction. The grapes were picked fully ripe, resulting in a luscious, weighty mouth feel. All that richness is balanced with bright, zingy acidity as a reminder that this is still cool-climate Pinot Noir!

Pretty red fruit aromas of the Reserve Pinot Noir blocks of the vintage. In the mouth, the bright acid backbone becomes prominent and then begins to echo the fresh fruit aromas. The wine is so bright and refreshing, it is perfect to enjoy in any situation." Winemaker Don Crank, III
